As a Senior Business Analyst in the Global Platforms Solutions team you will liaise with our global business partners to advise them and identify technical solutions and opportunities that support their strategic goals. You will work as a key contributing member on cross-functional teams to assess, design, test and deploy solutions that transform the way service is provided globally. You will facilitate or participate in global discussions to understand and translate solution needs and use cases into requirements, then connect with the technical teams to identify and implement the best solution.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Contribute to technology design and deployment of customer and patient facing service solutions that support the overall growth objectives of Patient and Field Services.
Participate as a business analyst in challenging global projects related to workflow, data, and analytics. This includes setting up communication plans, identifying information and visualization needs through workshops and prototyping sessions, explore new sources of data, document requirements for the technical teams and facilitate user acceptance tests and deployment tasks.
Provide technical expertise for new functional requirements and current systems. May lead cross-functional teams on specific initiatives or projects to address requirements or systems issues.
May act as a liaison with IT, key technology vendor technologists or other business functions to discuss the best solution.
Collaborate with IT security, regulatory and privacy functions on data privacy and data compliancy related requirements.
Support the team with analytical and technical skills as well as with strong communication skills and a positive can-do mindset.
Proactively identify and drive project deliverables as an individual contributor. Works independently under limited supervision.
MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)
4+ years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree or 2+ years of experience with an advanced degree
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)
Able to explain technical concepts in clear words to non-technical stakeholders
At least two years experience in business process definition, requirements definition and solution development.
Experience leading system implementations either in a functional role (Business Analyst) or another technical role.
Strong aptitude to learn new processes / process areas.
Strong process mapping and systemic thinking ability.
Meeting facilitation skills.
