St. Luke's Elmore is a small critical access hospital. The RN willperform basic, low acuity surgical services such as General Surgeries (Laparoscopic Appendectomies, Cholecystectomies, Hernia Repair, Exploratory Laparotomies, Diagnostic Laparoscopies and open wound repairs), OB/GYN Surgeries (Hysterectomies, Tubal Ligations, Salpingectomies, Oophorectomies, Hysteroscopies, Conizations, C Sections), Endoscopy (Colonoscopy, EGD), and very occasional Urology.

What you can expect from this role
Full Time Days with rotating on-call (must live 30 minutes from hospital)
Cross-training within surgical services (Pre-Op, Circulate, PACU)
Ratio: 1:1
Treat patients from adolescent to elderly

Qualifications
Education: Nursing Degree
Experience:1 years’ experience (must have surgical experience)
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
