EUROIMMUN US is seeking a multifaceted Implementation Project Manager (IPM) role to plan, execute, and close projects while ensuring they meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the instruments, kits and/or other products manufactured or distributed by EUROIMMUN US.

Position Responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

  • Maintain advanced knowledge of instrumentation, products, and techniques manufactured and/or distributed by EUROIMMUN US.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that include scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments. Ensure alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technical Support, Commercial, Research and Development and Shipping to drive project success.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project deliverables. Proactively address issues as they arise.
  • Allocate and manage project resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of project tasks, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and cost control measures.
  • Oversee compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO) throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records. Ensure all project-related documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Manage changes in project scope, objectives, or deliverables and ensure that appropriate approvals and documentation are in place.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the project management framework and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients, suppliers or attend industry conferences.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Management and 2+ years of project management experience.

OR

  • Associate degree in Life Sciences or Business Management and 4+ years of project management experience.

OR

  • Highschool or GED and 6+ years of project management experience.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Lean Six Sigma
  • Four or more years' experience as a field service representative, Lab MT, or related field preferred
  • Technically proficient in running IVD assays and an understanding the basis for these assays
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for conveying project updates, issues, and solutions to team members and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify issues and implement solutions as they arise during the project
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to keep track of project details, documents, and deadlines
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and Quality Management software.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within the US. Occasional international travel may be required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a passport.
