ManpowerGroup Administrative Assistant 3 in Mountain View, California
Title: Administrative Assistant 3
Location: Silicon Valley- California
Duration: 6 months (High possibility for an extension)
Rate: $30 to $35/hr on W2
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:
Calendar Management
Minimum 3 years of experience managing schedules for individuals and teams.
Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
Minimum 1–3 years of experience with PowerPoint , Excel , Word , Outlook , and Teams .
Administrative Budget Management
Minimum 1+ year of experience reviewing and managing budgets for events, morale, travel, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management
Manage schedules for up to two managers.
Team Support
Provide support to a team of 100 engineers, product managers, and art/design professionals.
Responsibilities include headcount management, budget oversight, morale event planning, and alias management.
Event and Operations Coordination
Plan morale events, coordinate catering, and oversee hardware refresh cycles.
Travel Coordination
Arrange and coordinate travel for managers and the team as required.
Department Operations
Coordinate financial, personnel, and facility operations.
Special Projects
Complete assigned projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Experience :
2+ years in administrative, business support, or customer service roles focusing on scheduling, travel management, and administration.
1+ year managing administrative budgets for events, morale, travel, and training.
Security and Compliance :
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years.
U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. ? 1324b(a)(3) due to ITAR obligations.
