Come join the QuickBooks Digital Experiences team as a Principal Product Manager, responsible for building Gen AI-powered personalized customer-facing experiences to help answer their questions and connect with experts across our digital help channels, including our chatbots, in-product help experiences, voice assistant, community and social. Our digital channels anticipate where customers may face friction and deliver help at the right moment of need and in the best channel, helping customers start, run, and grow their businesses.

As a Principal Product Manager, you’ll drive the product strategy and execution - making your vision into a reality. We are seeking a high-energy, customer-obsessed, highly-collaborative self-starter who is fluent in strategically using AI to deliver magical customer experiences.

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years experience as a product manager

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

  • Fluent in leveraging data and voice of the customer to uncover big opportunities and make decisions

  • Demonstrated prior success in creating innovative products that delivered customer and business outcomes.

  • Track record of leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple product teams.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.

  • Undergraduate degree required with concentration in computer science or other technical disciplines preferred or equivalent relevant experience

  • Experience in launching AI powered products and experiences

  • MBA preferred

How you will lead

  • Lead the initiative to re-imagine the digital help experiences across multiple channels and products with Gen AI

  • Conduct customer and market research to understand the evolving AI landscape and identify opportunities to serve customers

  • Create a bold vision, strategy and prioritized roadmap clearly mapped to customer benefits and business goals

  • Evangelize the AI vision and strategy with senior leadership and engineering partners to inspire action

  • Drive execution by motivating and coordinating across a matrix organization of cross-functional partners - owning the "how"

  • Obsess over success metrics, customer behavior data, product usage funnel and performance of the products and features to uncover opportunities, pivoting and iterating fast based on results
