About the Role:
As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
What You’ll Do:
Advises all phases of project management including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closeout phases of the project. Key focus areas include scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk management.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and large sophisticated projects.
Work directly with client lead, and multiple client collaborator groups to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & achievements, quality control, and risk identification.
Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients, applying client specific requirements.
Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
Lead specific Key Performance Indicators and take corrective action where vital.
Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
Advise the project delivery team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals.
Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variance risks and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of one’s own job subject area and broad knowledge of several job subject areas within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within one’s own team and other related teams.
Work within broad guidelines and policies provided by CBRE and our client.
Excellent communication skills. For example, has the ability to explain complex information to others succinctly and in high stakes situations.
Be diligent in protecting sensitive client information and maintain strict confidentiality on all facets of project assignments and the client’s business.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree, preferred in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, construction management, or facilities management.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a fresh opinion on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Google’s suite of office applications is preferred.
Experience with eBuilder and Smartsheet is helpful.
Organizational skills with a sophisticated inquisitive demeanor.
Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly sophisticated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
Candidates with experience in the high-tech industry will be given preference.

EQUAL PAY DISCLAIMER
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $130,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
