Intuit Senior Staff Product Manager: GNA and new channels in Mountain View, California

As a Senior Staff Product Manager on the Payments team you will work closely with engineers, designers, and data analysts to build and launch critical functionality to market. You will work within ambiguous spaces to identify problems, define solutions and the opportunities they represent, and bring new products to our customers.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager, designing and shipping multiple impactful SaaS software experiences across web and mobile iOS / Android

  • Previous payments experience

  • Analytical data driven thinker - Balances data and intuition in driving product decisions

  • Customer obsessed mindset - The ability wear the customer’s hat at all times and be a customer advocate first

  • Jack of all trades who can easily build a level of understanding in any function across data, design, marketing, legal, engineering, biz dev.

  • Proven track record of delivering results and scaling products to millions of customers

  • Experience identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals

  • The ability to work closely with Senior and C-level executives to develop product strategy

  • Inspiring leader with a strategic mindset, is comfortable with ambiguity, and who holds a high bar for quality and consistency standards.

  • MBA preferred

How you will lead

  • Grow the payments business by focusing on new ways to attach payments to our base of QuickBooks customers. Attack the problem with a growth mindset, seeking to find new opportunities in an ambiguous space

  • Think like a general manager of the product working backwards from big revenue goals while balancing revenue outcomes with product quality, speed and consumer needs

  • Form a deep understanding of Quickbooks’ payments product and customers in service to solving new problems for our customers and opening up new avenues of growth for the business

  • Be customer-centered and data-driven, working closely with analytics to define a measurement strategy that optimizes for long-term success and helps build confidence around predicting winning experiments

  • Drive the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the opportunities you identify in payments. including building core horizontal capabilities, delightful UX and hyper-contextualized experiences to solve the broad needs across different industries and business types.

  • Drive rigorous prioritization and investment decisions necessary to deliver your team’s vision and roadmaps
