Title: Retail Operations Specialist 1 Location: Mukilteo, WA (Hybrid, days onsite TBD) Duration: 12 Months Shift: First 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay Rate Starts from $23/hr. Responsibilities Responsible for executing a variety of cross-functional tasks supporting merchandise supply chain and logistics for Brand Experiences. This person is the secondary contact for the Store merchandise operations team and provides routine administrative support and is familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of complicated tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works cross-functionally providing merchandising support to Retail, Wholesale, Internal (BCA8202 /Enterprise 8280) and Recognition sales channels as well as Operations/IT. Marketing, and Finance as needed. Supply Chain and Logistics: Administer BESSy web-based shipping platform (Client Enterprise Shipping System) for all sales channels. Manage the shipment of goods and materials ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and in compliance. Review SKUs in Counterpoint for Harmonized Codes, Country of Origin, etc. Allocations and Inventory Management: Execute replenishment/core item transfers. Track & provide follow up support for Purchase Orders/Reorders Issue limited PO's for Service Award program and track progress. Monitor and generate retail non-inventory supply reorders. Monitor Order Manager inventory system for non-conforming receipts. Adjust as required. Track & follow up on retail store transfers. Attend Quarterly Store inventory tag-ups. Attend Quarterly business reviews with GXO warehouse.
