Wealth Management provides a range of wealth management products and services for individuals, businesses and institutions through 15,000 advisors managing and advising $2 trillion of client assets. The group’s services include brokerage and investment advisory, financial and wealth planning, credit and lending, cash management, annuities and insurance, retirement, trust and estate planning, stock plan administration and institutional consulting.

_Role Description:_

The FA Core Surveillance and Risk Management department has an open position for an Associate Vice President position based in Mumbai, India. The position will report into the head of FA Surveillance and will assist with producing data/metrics, project management, and reporting to stakeholders across the organization. In addition to the responsibilities laid out below, the successful candidate will play a support role in delivering projects, ranging from short-term strategic assessments to large-scale change risk initiatives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

· Communicate metrics and data analysis clearly to stakeholders

· Assist in review of strategic risk initiatives through data analysis

· Keeping track on large data projects’ and Risk initiatives

· Produce Risk metrics and reports to stakeholders

· Deliver timely/accurate daily, weekly, quarterly calculations and analytics

Key Skills and Experience Requirements

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to understand complex data analysis requests

· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Significant proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint

· Ability to work independently and handle confidential material

· Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects, able to work within a global team, and manage time and tasks effectively & independently

· Strong data analysis & visualization skills

Preferred Skills

· Hands-on experience working with large, complex data sets via query and reporting tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Python, Dataiku, Tableau or similar.

· 8 - 12years of work experience in the financial services industry particularly in risk management, finance, operation, or equivalent experience is preferred.
