Core Job Responsibilities
Should possess knowledge of spoken, verbal English and able to articulate mail correspondence.
Should know to make, develop, produce Word documents, and Excel sheets
Able to take minutes in all meetings and drive to get the actions completed
Upload data on the necessary common folders and manage the same and able to retrieve the data as required
Should have experience in handling expense claims and invoice processing
Have a good understanding of Calendar Management. Able to understand the different time zones to schedule meetings, telecons, etc., and provide necessary links as required
Should maintain high level of agility, confidentiality and demonstrate a strong adherence to compliance
Should be strong on follow ups and reminders
Indexation and filing of department documents
Indexation and proper storage of all files in the department
Making travel arrangements for the department personnel. This includes air / train tickets, guest house / hotel booking, visa, car booking, forex & payments
Networking with the other admins in the company
Procurement of stationary as required
Managing Petty cash of the department

Good organizing skills
Education & experience:
Bachelor Degree in Science
4 to 6 years of relevant experience
