Business title : Manager : FP&A.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with India Leadership, Sales, and Service departments for finance deliverables.

• Provide functional support and collaborate for Strategic business initiatives including co-ordination with external agencies, consultants, and internal stakeholders.• Conduct monthly forecasting and reporting of operating expenses in co-ordination and collaboration with the other team members F&A Shared Services Center.

• Drive performance initiatives and action plans, including DSO and collections management.

• Manage the AR teams and the drive KPIs and TAT.

• Oversee deals execution in partnership with Sales organization.• Manage margin analysis and operational profitability.• Compile yearly Budget for India organization.

• Validate Sales and Service commission payments and review commission plans.• Ensure compliance with internal Revenue Recognition policy.• Ensure overview of month-end close tasks accurately and on time, including reporting and difference analysis.• Prepare forecasts and analyze sales and finance trends.• Assist in developing business policies and KPIs.• Support continuous improvement initiatives and procedural changes.• Prepare weekly orders, sales, and backlog reports.• Review company provider contracts and drive credit management for working capital improvements.• Perform pricing and productivity analysis, develop action plans, and follow up on implementation.

Experience/Education : • Preferably hold a master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field, with 8+ years of experience in Operational Finance & Administrative control/FP&A, preferably with managerial experience.• Chartered Accountant qualification required.• Experience in Cost accounting and Manufacturing set ups will be an advantage.

• Advantageous to have experience with US GAAP, advanced Excel, and ERP systems.
