Job Description

In this role, you'll stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in data platforms. You'll work with tools like big data platforms, machine learning frameworks, and data visualization tools to build innovative solutions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager to lead our data product initiatives across 20+ markets in AMA. Develop a compelling product vision, identify market opportunities, and set strategic goals! Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other teams to gather requirements and prioritize features, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.

Use your expertise in SQL, experiment design, and data analysis to drive informed decisions and track critical metrics for continuous improvement. Lead the product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch, coordinate with multi-functional teams for timely delivery, and partner with external vendors as required. A user-centric approach is essential—incorporate feedback and conduct usability studies to improve the end-user experience.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data product requirements.

  • Develop a compelling product vision and roadmap for data products that align with business goals and market opportunities.

  • Identify and prioritize features and enhancements for data products, considering data integrity, security, and compliance.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and operations to gather requirements and ensure successful product development and delivery.

  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner.

  • Lead the product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch, ensuring timely delivery and meeting stakeholder expectations.

  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners as necessary to enhance data product capabilities and offerings.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for innovation in data products.

  • Drive the adoption and usage of data products by providing user training, documentation, and support.

  • Measure and track key metrics to evaluate the performance and impact of data products, and use data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data platforms, machine learning, and data visualization, and apply them to enhance data product offerings.

  • Champion a user-centric approach, incorporating user feedback and conducting usability studies to improve the end-user experience.

  • Ensure scalability and scalability of data products, considering the needs of a global organization operating in multiple markets.

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements:

Education, Experience, Background:

  • Proficiency in English and at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field.

  • Experience in defining and running digital solution platforms and tools.

  • Deep persona, business process, and industry expertise related to the product scope.

    Required Business & Technical Skills:

  • Product lifecycle management, product communication, and commercialization

  • Deep product knowledge—functional and non-functional design, architecture, and technical choices

  • Experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, and Microsoft Azure

  • UX understanding: user studies, research, design thinking, prototyping tools

  • Basic analytics knowledge and data visualization skills

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize business problems, recognize patterns, and communicate concepts with non-IT professionals

    Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Product Management certifications like PSPO 1 and PSM 1

  • 2 years of experience working with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other collaborators

  • 2 years of experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies

  • Experience in metrics and experiment analysis (A/B testing)
