Global Markets Group is the offshoring arm of Morgan Stanley’s Sales & Trading businesses in India. It covers functions across IED ranging from those associated with sales, trading, analytics, strats to risk management. Primary Responsibilities

The role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with the EMEA Transaction Management Group during London hours in relation to the Structured Products and ETP businesses. The role will require a fast-learning, dynamic, pro-active, and self-motivated person to assist the team in day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities for this role would involve:

· Preparing trade metrics:

o Manually link together data and keep transaction level and aggregated data up to date from various sources.

o Reconcile the data to identify anomalies and get them fixed.

o Produce key metric reporting (adhoc/regular) from this database, analysing and highlighting large moves and trends with commentary.

· Gathering data for, and preparing, charts, metrics, and presentations to illustrate the performance of the Structured Product businesses.

· Assisting with new initiatives relating to products, listing and clearing venues including preparing presentations for relevant stakeholders.

· Identifying and communicating trends and exceptions in the data.

· Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to all the above

· Create various quarterly and monthly reporting packs, including consulting with multiple data sources and teams

· Assisting with post trade matters and other requests, for example, performing trade reviews

Skills required (essential) ** · Graduate/MBA with 4-6 years of experience. · Experience in Derivatives/ Structured Products and/or Exchange Traded Products (not ETF business though). · Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills is compulsory. · Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. · Proficiency in English is a must. · High degree of attention to detail. · Organized, pro-active, ability to multi-task and work efficiently, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient.
