The National Sales Head will report to the Vice President of Commercial, Asia Pacific. This role will be responsible for driving the inorganic growth strategy and objectives for the region. You will primarily work as an individual contributor, leveraging 1-2 direct reports and various cross-functional project teams to support the business growth initiatives across the South Asia market, with a particular focus on India.

The successful candidate will:

Quickly set up the basic infrastructure required for channel transformation. Establish e-commerce capabilities and select appropriate marketplace stores by connecting with the right third party partners for execution. Create a direct sales funnel for Pantone's color products and services, targeting large enterprise accounts in India. Develop strong trade connections and partnerships with key players in the design and textile industries.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  1. Establish the necessary infrastructure and channels to enable Pantone's business transformation in the South Asia region, with a focus on India, within the first 6 months.

  2. Grow Pantone's e-commerce and marketplace presence in the region by onboarding the right third party partners and achieving 300K within the first 12 months.

  3. Develop a robust direct sales pipeline for Pantone's color products and services, targeting large enterprise accounts in India, and secure five number of new enterprise clients within the first 12 months.

  4. Build strategic partnerships with at least five key players in the design and textile industries in South Asia to drive brand awareness and adoption of Pantone offerings within the first 12 months.

  5. Contribute to the overall inorganic growth strategy and objectives for the South Asia region, as set by the Vice President of Commercial, Asia Pacific, and achieve 30% year-over-year revenue growth for the region.

  6. Effectively leverage 1-2 direct reports and cross-functional teams to support the execution of business growth initiatives in the region and maintain a high level of team engagement and productivity.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  1. 10 years’ experience of relevant working experience

  2. Bachelor’s degree and MBA is preferable.

  3. A collaborator and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
