Oracle Senior Support Engineer in MUMBAI, India

Job Description

This is a requirement for Oracle Financial Services Finergy division. We are a part of Oracle Financial Services Global Business Unit (FSGBU) business unit and our specialized solutions address the unique business needs of banking and financial institutions, enabling them to make more informed business decisions and serve customers better. We are looking for Technical Support Lead (Application Support) with experience in DevOps at Oracle Financial Software Services Inc at Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Chennai. Experience in Selenium, Cucumber, AppDynamics & Splunk tool is preferable & Hands-on Scripting experience (Python/ Shell /PowerShell) in Unix/Linux platform is desired

Senior technical lead to provide L2 production support & Test automation for critical shared services platforms. Individual will work closely with the application development teams and infrastructure support groups to ensure systems are highly available.

• Identifying and Selecting Automation Test Cases• Designing and Documenting the Automation Test Strategy• Creating an Automation Test Plan• Configuring Selenium Test Environment (STE)• Implementing an Automation Framework• Creating, Enhancing, Debugging, and Running Test Cases• Monitoring the Defect Management Process• Managing Changes and Performingteam members Regression Tests• Managing CI/CD integration and execution• Maintains and supports moderately complex applications and their operating environments. • Performs complex troubleshooting as an authority in one or more applications. • Works to ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting setup. • Leads root cause analysis and problem management for complex problems to address underlying technical issues. • Collaborates with business and application development stakeholders. • Lead production readiness reviews for new releases and validate the supportability of changes prior to introduction into production. • Monitors changes to applications and their operating environment. • Analyzes any complex issues. • Recommends technical solutions on application problems. • Reviews and develops updates of contingency documentation and processes. • Performs periodic tests of disaster recovery processes. • Reviews and analyzes product migrations through all systems environments. • May review and implement Organizational Change scripts. • Leads major incident management calls for resolution of high priority incidents. • May mentor or provide guidance for junior team members. • Contributes to the achievement of area objectives.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related teamcustomerssolve, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial. 6-8 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus

Knowledge of distributed applications.Strong Java programming.Strong RMDBS, noSQL database experienceStrong oral and written communication skills.6-8 years of technical support and/or development background
