Senior Project Manager

Position Summary

Manage production within the account or customer division. Ensure timely delivery of services and execution of tasks within expected quality. Manage and plan capacity and work allocation. Ensure high satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for all delivery responsibilities (including a P&L) for one or multiple projects.

  • Manages small teams and provides project team oversight and supervision.

  • Understand and coordinate with external entities, participate/make presentations, and identify and implement improvement measures.

  • Generate resource requirements. Create a commercial outlook amongst employees.

  • Oversees development of project plans and timelines, project specifications, and track execution of project tasks using defined metrics according to a measurement plan.

  • Ensures quality and timely deliverables to clients and tracks project P&L, budgets, and PO to ensure proper and timely invoicing.

  • Provide exception reporting, authorize changes in the scope of deliverables, and coordinate with other functional heads.

  • Mentor, coach & motivate the team members.

  • Communicate clearly, precisely & effectively. Be the link between technical, quality, commercial, and HR departments, to conduct review meetings.

  • Responsible for an account (client, client entity, or group of small clients).

  • Monitors and coaches, the Project Managers working on this account.

  • Provides project management for large, complex and/or global projects and may lead a team on a specific project.

  • Performing other tasks that are crucial for projects to run properly according to instructions of the manager; in particular timely performance of duties defined for other positions.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field; fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in leadership roles.

  • Experience managing translation memories, glossaries, style guides, and using CAT tools will be highly valued. Knowledge of memoQ is a plus.

  • Passionate about games. Knowledge of the game industry and development cycle is preferred.

  • Experience in Game localization and audio recording projects is a plus.

  • Strong self-organizational skills and a demonstrated drive for results.

  • Ability to work both independently and constructively across diverse teams.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Written and oral (demonstrable)

  • With customer and internal interlocutors (demonstrable)
