Job Responsibilities
As a Sr Accounts Receivable Representative, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating and leading all aspects of the accounts receivable process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Timely and effective collection of all debts and customer payments.
Maintaining contacts with the client, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring invoices are clear for payment.
Resolving internal and external queries around outstanding invoices, posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and strictly adhering to financial regulations.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
Proven track record of successfully implementing efficient accounts receivable processes.
Strong analytical skills and outstanding attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of an ambitious team.
