Responsibilities:

Build an area subsidiary partner business plan aligned with global objectives, enabling the area to build capability, solutions, and practices.

Focus on target accounts and key solutions to land with segment sellers, provide insights for cascading Individual Partner Targets.

Support partners in the region to create and develop new offerings. Manage area partner performance, engage subsidiary leaders and executive sponsors, and own the regular subsidiary Rhythm of Business (RoB) across segments, industries, and solutions aligned to the Partner Business Plan (PBP).

Focus on Partner Recruitment & Activation to expand Cloud Solution Partner ( Distributor) channels using Cohorts and SureStep for growth, acquisition, and churn reduction.

Drive Partner Field Programs and Initiatives.

Support distributors with Centers of Excellence promotion, Copilot adoption, and security practice development with specialists.

Enhance channel security and innovation via AI integration with Teams and Dynamics. Implement API integrations for scalable sales, billing, and marketing.

Govern and strategize CSP transition to indirect partners through the Strategic Distribution Authorization Program

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field

  • AND 15+ years core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, or business development experience

  • AND Minimum of 3 years in Azure/compete solution Sales
