Core Responsibilities

  • Develops and drives stories and campaign strategy for Europe Central (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) considering the specific needs of the markets

  • Creates, implements and drives well-rounded local marketing plans in line with business unit and regional strategy, especially for the themes within the main responsibility

  • Experienced with execution of influencer campaigns and overall influencer strategy

  • Balances the need to create consumer demand and shopper conversion across ATL and BTL in close collaboration with our internal departments (such as digital, trade, PR, event, and sales teams) and external partners (such as the media agency)

  • Plans and monitors the performance of themes, prepares and takes actions

  • Drives marketing innovation as well as effectiveness through a systematic and structured review of channel & touchpoint performance

  • Works closely with other audience teams and LEGO Masterbrand on overall portfolio storylines, key deliverables and commonalities

Please note: This is a fixed-term contract until the end of June 2025.

Our Marketing Team consists of amazing marketers who distil audience insights, take decisions rooted in data, and develop and implement effective marketing plans, campaigns and media presence.

We translate global audience and franchise strategies into local go-to-market strategies for Germany, Austria & Switzerland, managing the full marketing toolbox. Further, we are an active contributor to the sales and order planning process. We work collaboratively together in the local marketing team and with regional teams, sales and operations teams, as well as IP, media, agency and retail partners to deliver on our vision of inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow!

Do you have what it takes?

  • Several years of work experience in Brand/Product Management/Communications or related experience in Marketing Management

  • Very strong track record in the development of integrated marketing plans

  • Extensive experience in planning and execution of (digital) media strategies

  • Proven track record in business management of brands and products, monitoring performance and building action plans

  • Strong background in Influencer Marketing

  • Strong drive, business sense and strategic skills

  • Excellent communication and networking skills

  • Proactive and ability to perform independently

  • English & German – proficient in speaking and writing
