Trade Marketing ensures industry leading POS presence – online and offline. The Visual Merchandising Manager takes ownership forbest in classLEGO brand experiences merging physical and digital elements at and beyond established retail partners across the D-A-CH area.

Core Responsibilities

  • Trade Marketingresponsible forthe EUC Visual Merchandising future direction.

  • Driver of Visual Merchandising innovation agenda creating integratedMarketingexperiences based on data andinsights.

  • Overall Visual Merchandising budget ownership which includes strategic prioritization in line with business priorities and Sales and Marketing needs and opportunities.

  • Responsible for annual Visual Merchandising activation plan based on audience and retailer priorities as well as shopper & consumer insights. Track and evaluate results and adapt plans accordingly.

  • Conceptualize scalable yet differentiated and targeted solutions including material sourcing with internal and external partners, serving needs of a diverse market.

  • Primary contact to our external Visual Merchandising (VM) agency; guide & supervise VM agency whilst securing excellence in execution as well as the highest LEGO quality standards.

  • Curiosexplorer who brings external developments in and generates ideas proactively to ensure Trade Marketing innovations in omnichannel spaces.

The LEGO Marketing Team brings one of the world’s most iconic brands, anditsproducts for consumers and shoppers to life. Our Marketing Team consists of awesome marketeers who distil audience insights, take decisions rooted in data, and develop and implement effective marketing plans, with 360 campaigns including traditional and digital media,events,and instore execution, ensuring strong media presence and engagement. We translate global audience and franchise strategies into local go-to-market-strategies for Germany, Austria & Switzerland.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 5+ years relevant Visual Merchandising, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing or Sales experience within FMCG or premium consumer brands

  • Track recordof designing and rolling out innovative projectsinVisual Merchandising, Trade Marketing or Events

  • Commercial savvy, strong shopper first thinking, deep understanding of omnichannel Trade Marketing as well as retail-landscape.

  • Strong strategic and holistic end to end thinking and ability of translating strategy into local priorities for Trade Marketing.

  • Relationshipbuilderandcollaboratorwith a strong ability to influence, gain trust quickly. A strong collaborator across disciplines and hierarchies to optimally steer a wide range of collaborators internally andexternally.

  • Drive for results – championing effectiveness and data centricity, bravery to test hypothesis, live a constantly learning attitude, strong analytical and evaluationskillsand ability to turn findings intoaction.

  • German C1/C2
