To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) in full-time as soon as possible.
This is what your day looks like:
Preparing food for our restaurant, bar and banquet area based on our recipes and specifications and arranging with great attention to detail.
Preparation of the mise-en-place
Attention to hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
Responsible handling of all kitchen utensils
What we want from you:
A passion for cooking
Very good team skills and an eye for detail
Extensive knowledge of kitchen processes
Guest orientation
Stress resistance even in case of wrong orders or extra requests
HACCP is no foreign word to you and a hygienic working environment is a matter of course for you
