Join our dynamic team of Learning & Development (L&D) enthusiasts, as part of the wider NextLevel team at Siemens P&O (People & Organizations). Our mission is to provide top-notch, strategic L&D offerings that support the growth and development of our colleagues in P&O. What role will you play?

As Senior Learning and Development (L&D) professional (f/m/d) you will play a critical role in shaping the learning journey for the P&O function. This position involves designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning offers and programs. One of your first tasks will be to set up and run a Talent Acquisition Academy to empower TA professionals to excel in their roles. This involves the following tasks:

  • Staying Current: stay up-to-date on top and emerging TA skills. You’ll actively research industry trends and collaborate with experts to ensure our learning content remains relevant and cutting-edge.

  • Translating Strategy into Content: combine the overarching Learning & Development Strategy for P&O with the TA specific needs and translate these into a highly relevant and engaging learning content. This involves understanding the unique challenges faced by recruiters, sourcers, and other TA roles and creating targeted curricula.

  • Conceptual Design: conceptualize and design a TA Academy. This includes selecting specific learning content and developing customized learning pathways for different target groups within the TA team.

  • Blended Learning Formats: create blended learning experiences. This involves a mix of self-paced e-learning modules, instructor-led workshops, and community learning.

  • Vendor Selection: screen and select the best external vendors to provide high-quality instructor-led training for the community.

  • Smooth Program Execution: oversee the entire lifecycle of instructor-led Learning Programs. This includes managing enrollment processes, participant logistics, vendor relationships, content delivery, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Annual Learning Calendar: plan and oversee the TA Academy’s annual learning calendar. Align learning initiatives with business cycles and TA priorities.

  • Community Engagement: foster a culture of continuous learning within P&O / TA community. Communicate, activate, and mobilize team members to participate in learning opportunities.

  • KPI-Driven Approach: analyze learning data using key performance indicators (KPIs). Based on feedback and trends, execute an iterative approach to enhance our TA learning offerings.

What you need to bring?

We are seeking for a highly experienced (e.g. Master’s degree, plus long term work experience), enthusiastic P&O professional (f/m/d) , who is fluent in English and brings the following prerequisites:

  • experience in:

  • turning strategy into action

  • adult learning methodology

  • designing and running internal academies; experience with a TA Academy a plus

  • managing C-level stakeholders

  • working in a global matrix organization
