The dynamic vehicle electrification and industrial market spaces are undergoing transformational growth. High power modules are no longer an off-the-shelf semiconductor solution, but rather an integral part of the overall power electronics architecture.
We are seeking a passionate Electrical Specialist with expertise in power module design to come on board onsemi’s Advance Power Division and be part of our quest to be the global Intelligent Power solutions leader.
We have an innovative portfolio of IGBT & Silicon Carbide (SiC) high power modules and we look forward to enhance our product roadmap with creative solutions that enables us to meet our customer needs.
The successful applicant will be based in Munich, Germany . Relocation assistance will be provided as needed.
