Intermountain Health Electronic Document Processing Technician in Murray, Utah

Job Description:

Performs electronic document processing functions including but not limited to document preparation, scanning, and computer equipment operations and quality verification.

Shift Details : Full-time 40 hours(Every other Saturday 1-3 hours)

Location : Murray, UT

  • Obtains, organizes and processes assigned document(s)

  • Delivers all electronic documents to the appropriate electronic storage locations according to department schedule.

  • Returns processed hard copy documents to appropriate owners/departments or provides other appropriate disposal as pre-arranged by user departments.

  • Maintains appropriate job logging and other workload documentation to support the Information Systems productivity and best practice goals.

  • Demonstrates and maintains technical ability and skills to effectively perform scanning functions.

  • Provides sensitivity to customer needs through satisfaction measures and monitors.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to work with computer operating systems, keyboarding, and operational proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high speed scanner

One year electronic document processing experience to obtain a basic knowledge and previous use of information systems storage and retrieval concepts.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$16.16 - $21.01
