Position Information
We are seeking an ABIM Certified or Eligible Hospitalist to join our Salt Lake Valley Hospitalist group to provide shift based coverage as needed for our team.

Requirements
ABIM Certified/ Eligible
Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
DEA and BLS Certification
U.S. ACGME Residency
