Adecco US, Inc. Special Materials Coordinator in Murrysville, Pennsylvania

How about a SUMMER job earning $19.00/hour working through Adecco at our client, MSA, in Murrysville, PA? This is a Part-Time 25-30 hour/week role working onsite at MSA in Murrysville. The Special Materials Coordinator position involves receiving customer requirements from planners and coordinating with a variety of internal departments to enable production to fill custom orders.

Job Duties for the Special Materials Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

  • Evaluating special material orders for requirements.

  • Creating part number, BOMs, routings, and costing.

  • Converting sales orders.

  • Coordinating with planning, purchasing, engineering, quality, and production management to deliver orders.

  • Tracking completion

  • Using SAP, phone, and email.

Qualifications for the Special Materials Coordinator:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel

  • Familiarity with database systems such as SAP is a plus

  • Proficient in typing and windows navigation

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Pay Rate = $19.00/hour
