2025 Internship: CWC Human Resources (Muskegon, MI)

Description

Responsibilities:

• Assistwith full cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing candidates,conductingand scheduling interviews, creating offers, background checks/drug screens, onboarding, and orientation

• Responsible for entry and maintenance of HRIS data

• Manages all new hire paperwork including employee files, I-9s,

• Assistwith the coordination of employee engagement activities

• Manages transactions within the learning management system

• Assistwith general employee questionsregardingpay, benefits, policies,

• Documents and prepares required reports

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor and/ orMaster's degree in Human Resources or Psychology

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: informing, persuasion, presentation

• Self-driven, creative and ability to work across country and organizational boundaries

• Knowledge of broad range of human resources, or organizational behavior topics

• Professional behaviors: Drive for Results, Priority Setting, Self-Development, Ethics and Values, Strategic Agility, Business Acumen, Cultural Awareness
