Assist in the account payable functions to ensure day-to-day operations of overall accounting and financial activities are execute effectively and efficiently.
Your Day-to-Day
Provide support on month-end and year-end closing, and complete monthly close procedures. Responsible for verifying seller documentation and AP payment.
To perform cheque issuance, update of cheque listing and tracking of the cheque usage daily.
To verify and approve payment for SA commission.
To verify transactions in Dingtalk form.
To perform batch processing of purchase transactions into ERP.
To prepare bank reconciliation for payment accounts and transact bank charges in ERP.
To assist in month end stock-take.
To assist in managing audit and tax queries.
To perform other accounting / finance related duties or tasks as assigned from time to time.
Your Know-How
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
No experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Basic degree of computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge in accounting treatment and account payable process. Mainly involve in finance operational tasks
