Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $20 - $25 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
What you'll be doing as a Water Mitigation Technician:
Perform water mitigation and restoration services timely and effectively
Water mitigation – minimize initial damage caused by water intrusion or flooding
Water damage restoration – repair and restore property to pre-damaged state
Use drying and cleaning equipment, solutions and power tools to repair or replace damaged areas.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate and communicate effectively with crew chief and team members to efficiently complete projects
Complete appropriate documentation and maintain accurate records of work performed
Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance, keeping vehicle organized with appropriate tools and materials
Leave jobsite clean and orderly
Attend safety training, and follow risk management guidelines on the jobsite, in the office, and while traveling
Handle reoccurring and unique tasks as necessary

Job requirements:
High School or GED preferred
1-2 years prior work experience
WRT Certification required
