The Global Operations and Supply Chain (GOSC) IT team is looking to start a Hyperautomation team to help drive innovation, automation and savings across the business

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Mapping processes and Data flow.

  • Modeling and developing robotic automations – design, develop and test automation workflows.

  • Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools.

  • Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.

  • Create process and end-user documentation.

  • Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).

  • ·Managing production RPA jobs

  • Producing metrics

  • ·Identifying and analyzing the improvements that can be made

  • ·Supporting users by using robots, Creation and maintenance of Solution documents

  • Supporting business teams in testing activities

  • Solving the problems which arise at the day to day automation and redesign accordingly

  • Testing jobs and successfully migrating them to production

  • Coming up with alternate or better practices for future development

  • Must be able to multi-task with various projects on hand

  • Communication and providing a solution to any identified and potential risks

  • Identify internal and external process dependencies

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ Years of experience in IT

  • Hands on experience of RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Nice etc.

  • 5+ years experience with any programming languages like C/C++, Python, Java etc.

  • Experience with Agile development methodology

Nice to Have

  • Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language).

  • Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects.

  • Experience developing and consuming APIs.

  • UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred but not required (training can be provided).

  • Experience with Databases (SQL (https://www.dice.com/recruiting/sql-developer-job-description-template) or NoSQL) often preferred.

  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

  • Understanding of workflow-based logic.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Superior time and project management skills.

  • Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.

  • Ability to work through ambiguous situations.

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects.
