Responsibilities:

-Implementing and executing quality management system for e.g. documentation, change control, deviations, quality risk management, batch record review, batch release, quality oversight for intermediates/finished products according to established internal and external standards.

-Independent management of and responsibility for the QA department in consultation with the head of quality based on the corporate strategy and the divisional strategy and following the business plan adopted and budget approved

-Independent decision on batch disposition (RfR)

-Identify, hire and develop staff according to Boehringer Ingelheim’s talent management principles.

-Continuously challenge the status quo, KPIs and processes to optimize measures and daily business.

Requirements:

-Multiple experience in production, compliance and QA functions in biopharmaceutical and aseptic manufacturing industry

-Good international audit/inspection skill (e.g. EMA, Russian, FDA etc.)

-Strategic Planning

-Good problem-solving skill, communication skill, and people connecting skills

-Strong leadership

-Fluent English (Read, Write, Oral)
