Job Title: Production Operator

Summary:Purpose职位目的 (目标/权限):

为了实现南通工厂产品的安全生产, 设置生产技术员岗位负责与生产相关的安全生产活动.

Responsibilities Include:

Duty & Responsibility (主要职责):

根据工厂的有关EHS的规定, 遵守安全作业的要求从事各项生产活动 根据生产活动的需要, 完成有关的培训项目, 达到岗位能力的要求. 配合完成本生产线员工的培训和考核 参与白班安全生产，发现问题或异常并及时处理及汇报 维修项目跟进 配合工程师进行工艺、设备改进 根据SOP中的要求, 完成物料的接收、移动以及单据、记录的操作. 根据SOP中的要求, 完成产品的生产, 取样, 包装,生产区域的检查以及生产记录的操作. 根据SOP中的要求, 完成生产辅助设施的操作； 根据SOP中的要求, 完成设备清洗, 废水处理, 废弃物处理的操作. 根据工厂的需要, 从事领导安排的工作

Requirement 职位要求:

Education/Training 教育/培训要求

中专或高中以上学历。 工厂的EHS培训.LOTO培训. 废水, 废弃物处理. 岗位安全分析. 第一阶段生产工艺培训----生产工艺基本知识, MSDS 第二阶段生产工艺培训----SOP,设备知识. 第三阶段生产工艺培训-----现场模拟, 考核. 防爆知识培训. DCS控制操作培训. 化学品处理. 静电防护. ISO环境系统的关键岗位

岗位资格证书:

上岗操作证------全体

锅炉操作许可证-----个别

铲车驾驶许可证-----个别

压力容器操作许可证------个别

电梯(升降机)操作许可证------个别.

Experience 经验要求

三年以上化工生产经验 相关化学品操作 铲车驾驶 一定的DCS操作能力

Ability 能力要求

工作细致, 认真， 负责 注重安全、环保和健康 遵守操作规定 注重团队协作 沟通能力强 注重学习和提高 处理突发事件能力强
