Kellanova Finance Manager in Naperville, Illinois
As a Finance Manager at Kellanova, your responsibilities include complex financial analysis across functions and business units. You’ll establish and monitor short and long-term financial goals, providing insights on profit drivers. Additionally, you’ll offer monthly financial variance analysis and recommendations for profit improvement. This role is hybrid and can be located in the Battle Creek, MI or Chicago, IL area.
As part of Kellanova’s Away from Home team, you’ll focus on products sold outside grocery stores – think convenience stores, cafeterias, college campuses, and airports. Working specifically on innovation projects and strategies, you’ll collaborate with leadership and influence the future of Kellanova!
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Planning and Reporting - Conduct complete monthly financial forecasting, oversee month-end closing processes, participate in annual budget development and perform ROI analysis.
Process Improvement – Enhance process efficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Your goal will be to deepen understanding of expense drivers and anticipate future trends, all while taking ownership and ensuring plan delivery.
Leadership – Deliver presentations to executive management, oversee monthly variance analysis, and identify and communicate risks.
Business Partnering - Work cross-functionally with Commercial Strategy, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to drive business performance.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
Experience working with multiple and challenging priorities with time constraints
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to guide and influence others at all organizational levels
Experience in financial planning and analysis with the ability to tell stories with data
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
