Ebenezer Assistant Director of Health Services, ADHS in Naples, Florida
Overview
This Assistant Director of Health Services, LPN or RN nursing position is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the senior age residentsare metwhile providingstaff leadershipduties for our beautiful Assisted Living/Memory Care building in Naples, Florida.
Nursing schedule includes;
80 hours in two weeks
Day/Evening shift hours (12:00pm-8:30pm)
One weekend day per month for manager on duty
Holidays as needed

Maintains current assessment and documentation ofresidents’health status
Coordinatesclienthealth services
Leads and supervises medicationand treatment administration
Monitors work and performance oflicensed andunlicensed staff
SupportDHSto act as Nurse on call during scheduled times
Qualifications
Required :
Associates in Nursing Degree
RN or LPN Licensurewith the Florida Board of Nursing
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross; accepted certifications as follows-AHA: BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR & AED) Program or BLS Provider/BLS Instructor;American Red Cross: CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and/or Healthcare Providers, Life Guarding First Aid/CPR/AED
Preferred :
- 3-5 years of proven experience in senior care
