Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles. The ideal candidate will diagnose and repair machinery related to manufacturing, including injection/compression molding machines, stamping presses, auxiliary equipment, robots, and fabrication and assembly machines. This role requires the ability to read blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs to diagnose and correct mechanical problems. Key responsibilities include assembling, installing, or repairing wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, and plumbing. The Maintenance Technician will also clean and lubricate machinery parts, install and repair electrical apparatus such as transformers and robots, and work directly with outside vendors to order spare parts and supplies. Additionally, the role involves performing preventative maintenance tasks, repairing air leaks on equipment, and supporting building/facility requirements as directed by the supervisor. The candidate will also perform environmental, health, and safety (EHS) inspections and maintain a neat and organized work area.
