Job Summary and Qualifications

The Change Management Analyst is part of the team that enables scalable and repeatable the adoption and utilization of Care Transformation & Innovation (CT&I) products designed to digitally transform care delivery in HCA Healthcare hospitals. This role will contribute to the development and implementation of change management and adoption strategies for enterprise-level product implementations. In doing so, this role will support efforts to build change capability and agility across the organization and empower teams to embrace new technologies and processes to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a vital team member throughout the project life cycle, offering support to project leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders.

  • Implement scalable and repeatable change management strategies and approaches to drive adoption of transformational products

  • Assess and document product change impacts, providing guidance on their effects on stakeholders

  • Create comprehensive change management plans, including the creation of relevant materials

  • Collaborate with the communications team and other communication professionals across them organization to communicate project milestones and drive change management

  • Monitor change readiness, adoption, and success metrics, working closely with the project team, sponsors, and business leaders to adjust plans and strategies as needed

  • Partner with CT&I team and leaders to manage change networks

  • Collaborate with the education team to ensure change impacts are addressed and stakeholder experience is seamless

  • Coordinate change efforts with the project team, project sponsors, and business leaders to ensure alignment and effectiveness

  • Contribute to and maintain a keen awareness of project plans, managing change plans and activities accordingly

  • Proactively report and escalate issues and risks to the Change Management leaders, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.

  • This job may require up to 75% travel.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • Masters Degree Preferred

  • Certification in Change Management: Generalist Preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors

Requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in working on Enterprise systems change projects

  • 1+ years of experience working on project teams and familiarity with project management principlesand practices

  • 1+ years of experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

  • Demonstrated experience producing organization-wide change management deliverables

  • Excellent organizational and time-management, and interpersonal collaboration skills

  • Ongoing Change Management execution

  • Change Impact & Change Readiness Assessments

  • Change Management Metrics Tracking
