Description:

Our client is seeking an IT Field Service Technician. These techs will be deployed to specific named locations, working named shifts to support a data refresh project and other IT support tasks in a healthcare environment.

Top Skills Needed:

  • 1+ years experience in IT support

  • Technical Proficiency and Troubleshooting: understanding of operating systems, hardware components, software applications, and networking principles.

  • Customer Service and User Support: Support Technicians must possess excellent customer service skills, as they are the first line of contact for users experiencing technical difficulties. This involves active listening, patience, and the ability to convey complex technical information in a language that is accessible to non-technical users

  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: These skills are essential for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
