Asurion Marketing Technology Program Manager in Nashville, Tennessee

Marketing Operations & Technology Program Manager Marketing Nashville Asurion is looking for a Marketing Manager to assist in keeping track of our marketing technology toolbox covering retention and acquisition projects. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Technology, you will be responsible for managing the marketing technology projects, tasks, and processes for progress. We are looking for someone who understands project management and holistic marketing, and the technology used to make the holistic customer journey happen. This position is for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. By understanding how initiatives correlate, you can identify trends and recommend processes to optimize. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Creative problem solver with managing projects, multiple stakeholders, teams, and business units. * Has previous experience within change management and/or agile framework * Has a basic understanding of digital marketing functions, lead generation, eCommerce, SEO, paid media, social media, email, website optimization, and data analytics. * Has experience managing complex marketing projects and can understand both Marketing language and technical language. * Understands how to balance between technology and marketing goals in their project management process. * Knows how to gather business requirements to assist the department and justify a particular piece of marketing software. * Understands the valuable potential of creating processes and how to streamline overlapping functions or technology projects * Is the go-to person that knows all of the current marketing technology projects and progresses within the direct-to-consumer vertical. * Is a key assist in the change management process and can document process changes for the business. * Work with Sr Manager and be the liaison in meetings between Enterprise Architecture, IT, and marketing on projects to establish the team as the subject matter expert for all MarTech functions. * Be the coordination manager for marketing technology tools, communicating with developers as well as data engineers to stand up tools and connect data * Deliver documentation on process changes and project updates as well as any change orders that may occur. * Manage deadlines and serve as the hub for multiple cross-functional projects Assist in the RFP process * Base your actions on data, identify opportunities and issues, and present findings in your communications and roadmap * Embrace and introduce best practices for project management within the tech stack. Work closely with IT developers and Data stewards for implementation needs Here’s what you’ll bring to the team: * At least 3 years of experience in marketing project management * Understand the RFP and implementation process * Basic understanding of Digital Marketing Platform implementations (such as ad server, analytics, DMP, DSP, frontend tooling, mobile strategies, etc.) * Skilled at translating projects and tasks to a roadmap for solutions that solve business problems * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex technological concepts and articulate clear communication to various stakeholders across the organization Job: Marketing / Communications* *Organization: Marketing *Title: *Marketing Technology Program Manager * Location: *TN-Nashville - Corporate Headquarters Requisition ID: MAR00394
