Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
We are currently hiring production associates to work in different departments at our plant. As a production associate, you will be responsible for working in your assigned department and maintaining production goals set by your supervisors. Your duties may include machine operation, visual quality inspection, assembly, and packing products for shipment. This is a union plant, so you must be open to a union environment and have flexibility with shift schedules.
Responsibilities
Operate machinery in assigned department.
Conduct visual quality inspections of products.
Assemble products according to specifications.
Pack products for shipment.
Maintain production goals set by supervisors.
Essential Skills
Experience operating machinery.
Forklift operation experience.
Experience in production or manufacturing.
Assembly skills.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
