Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in a dynamic recruiting organization. You will work closely with a team of recruiters, managing recruiting activities and building relationships with candidates, often providing their first impression of the company. Your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, arranging travel for visiting candidates, updating candidate records and job postings, providing follow-up correspondence, tracking recruiting activities, coordinating post-interview debrief meetings, and assisting in other recruiting activities as needed. Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 13 Weekly.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Nashville, Tennessee and some days remote.

Work Environment

The office is located in Downtown Nashville. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and remote work on Thursday and Friday. The environment is fast-paced with an expedited on-the-job training.
