Aston Carter Recruiting Coordinator in Nashville, Tennessee

Exciting opportunity to work as a Recruiting Coordinator with large tech company.

  • You will be an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the company. Your role will involve scheduling interviews and phone screens directly with candidates and hiring managers, arranging travel for visiting candidates, updating candidate records and job postings, and confirming new hires. Additionally, you will provide candidate status in a weekly report, coordinate post-interview debrief meetings. You will also identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

Required Skills

  • 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience

  • 1+ Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point

Preferred Skills

  • Scheduling

  • High attention to detail

  • Effective communication

  • Ability to shift gears at a moment's notice

  • Organizational skills

Work Site

  • The office is located in Downtown Nashville. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), with the option to work from home on Thursday and Friday. The environment is fast-paced and requires an expedited on-the-job learning process.
