Philips Strategic Customer Project Manager in Nashville, Tennessee
Strategic Customer Project Manager (Remote: Field Based, 75% travel)
Leads the delivery of healthcare IT integration projects for a Strategic Customer with over 100 sites, ensuring alignment with District, Zone, and NAR partners to achieve customer, financial, and operational KPIs. This role drives impactful outcomes by coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your role:
Serve as the primary representative of Services Delivery on the Enterprise Client Executive Team, working closely with Philips leadership and customer executives to execute multi-year strategic engagements.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including internal Sales, Clinical, and Technical teams as well as customer resources, to meet customer expectations and achieve strategic goals across multiple sites.
Communicate project progress through comprehensive updates and plans, including Change Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Analysis, and Governance Plans, ensuring alignment and transparency with all stakeholders.
Guide customers through their change management processes to support the seamless implementation of Philips products and services, fostering long-term partnerships.
Support pre-sales activities to determine the feasibility of solutions, manage resources effectively, and deliver measurable results in customer satisfaction, project timelines, and revenue recognition.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in Project Management and IT Integration, preferably within a healthcare environment such as Healthcare IT or Patient Monitoring.
Your skills include proficiency in MS Project or equivalent tools, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and the capacity to influence diverse teams and stakeholders.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or equivalent education/experience. Certification in Project Management (PMP) is required within six months of hire; additional certifications in LEAN, Kepner-Tregoe, or ITIL are ideal.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re a collaborative leader with robust negotiation skills, a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $125,020 to $214,320
The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $131,600 to $225,600
The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $138,180 to $236,880
The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $147,392 to $252,672
At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
