Position Objective
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assisthiring managers with recruitment activities associated with hourly recruitment at Aramark monitoring operational processes related to hourly talent acquisition, including but not limited to; reporting, system/data maintenance, OFCCP compliance tracking and employee referrals.
Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for partnering with community organizations to support hiring manager's local recruitment efforts and support efforts to meet diversity, veteran and people with disabilities hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System for hourly recruitment
Maintain integrity of data in recruiting database and produce ad hoc recruiting reports as necessary
Responsible for compliance reporting, ensuring real-time candidate status updates and records maintenance for OFCCP compliance
Completes mapping of EEO data for quarterly reporting
Trains users (i.e. Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition) on applicant tracking system and process
Troubleshoots and resolves 2nd level system issues and inquiries
Identify and maintain database of community partnerships to address veterans and individuals with disabilities, to support hiring manager's local recruitment efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Assists with the employee referral process by fielding employee referral submissions, conducting referral phone interviews, and submitting qualified referrals to the hiring managers and/or recruiting team; generates reports and validates data to ensure accurate payment/processing of referral bonuses
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years experience in HR, Training or Recruitment (hourly recruitment experience preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
Proficient in MS Office
Previous experience with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS a plus
