Details about this opportunity:
Full Time or Fee for Service,Flexible scheduling available!
Monday-Friday, following school schedule
10-month consolidated schedule
Flexible scheduling within the school day for FFS
Working with school aged children
Fee for Service Compensation: $60/hour– full case load potential of approximately $100,000/year
Please note this is an average. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience, and license/certifications held.
Full-Time Compensation: $75,000-$85,000

Responsibilities:
Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

And this background:
Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy
Current New York State Physical Therapy License
Bilingual is a plus
