The Guest Services Representative will work closely with our marketing and promotions teams to make sure each guest enjoys their visit to the property.

Your Role:

Our successful Guest Services Representative promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team-based environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail-oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work is completed.

Experience:  

One (1) to three (3) years in Customer Service and Basic Computer knowledge preferred.   Must be able to obtain a Gaming Licenses from the Mississippi Gaming Commission in Jackson MS.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promotes outstanding customer relations and is responsible for generating a positive and friendly atmosphere with all guests.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills. 
  • Handles guest requests and reports any incidents to the Guest Service Manager.
  • Knowledgeable of all property activities, promotions, events and amenities.
  • Conduct and assist with promotions and events.
  • Working knowledge of all computer systems required to perform job duties.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing support for Players Club members. 
  • Accurately control and execute all Players Club transactions.
  • Adhere to company and departmental procedures, guidelines, and policies including hygiene and appearance standards. 
  • Interfaces daily with personnel from various departments.
  • Acts with discretion and maintains confidentiality in handling of sensitive information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station and environment.
  • Responsible for accurate handling of company assets throughout shift.
  • Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. occasionally.
  • Able to stand and walk 6-8 hours.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
