We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Natchez with the best customer services and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for Table Games Dealer. This position will report directly to the Director of Gaming Operations, and will be responsible for: 

• Deals all table games proficiently.
• Conducts monetary transactions.
• Collects and pays wagers
• Keeps supervisors and managers advised of guests' needs and occurrences on games that could affect the comfort of guests or the security of the game. 

• Follows all state gaming commission laws and regulations. 

   

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following: 

• A high school diploma or equivalent. 
• Excellent math skills ensuring the correct exchange of cash and chips. 
• Clear and concise verbal communication.
• Ethical character and proved track record of making sound judgement decisions. 
• Working knowledge of state gaming laws and regulations. 
• Ability to obtain and uphold state required license(s). 
• Able to lift and carry 30lbs occasionally.
• Able to switch from standing and seated positions regularly.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Casino employees may be required to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License. Cost of license is covered by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC. Travel to Jackson, MS will be mandatory for this licensing process.
