The Employee Health & Well-Being (EHW) Operations Lead , Southeast Asia , will be responsible for optimizing the development and execution of EHW strategies and standards for local operating companies across Southeast Asia in the areas of Occupational Health, Well-Being, including Mental Well-Being. Our EHW programs support improved business outcomes through advancing employee health and well-being.

The EHW Operations Lead will collaborate closely with important internal teams within the local operating companies, including site leaders, EHS&S, HR, and Facilities. Additionally, you will have the chance to oversee and work together with EHW Service Providers/Vendors to ensure smooth partnership and coordination.

As part of our EHW Campus Leadership Team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and lead the implementation of our EHW strategy across Johnson & Johnson companies. This role offers the chance to drive health outcomes and manage workplace health risks, all while ensuring process efficiencies and standardized work practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for implementation of EHW strategy across all operating companies and local level EHW operational service delivery.

  • Lead EHW strategy for each location to deliver on goals, defining, developing, delivering, and reporting on the progress.

  • Drive health outcomes including reducing population health risks and managing workplace health risks.

  • Lead process efficiencies and standardized work practices to ensure a flawless implementation.

  • Lead vendor management for EHW vendors such as Occupational Health and EAP service providers.

  • Foster strong collaboration and partnership with leaders to establish an exceptional EHW program.

  • Take ownership of the health-related aspects of quality assurance and auditing programs.

  • Understand local regulatory compliance and the global J&J EHW requirements to ensure strict adherence.

  • Engage in regular performance and service satisfaction evaluations with site leaders and other important individuals involved in the process.

  • Provide EHW technical assistance and support as needed across all locations.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree required. Health-related or Nursing qualification strongly preferred.

Experience:

Required:

  • Passionate about Health & Well-Being.

  • At least 8 years of working experience with strong people and vendor management.

  • Effective communicator who is confident and knowledgeable; possesses technical skills to convey complex information accurately.

  • Ability to work in a matrix, team-oriented environment, fostering collaboration and cross-functional partnerships.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with individuals at all levels.

Preferred:

  • Technical experience in EHW programs preferred, demonstrating a proven track record of success in implementing and managing health and well-being initiatives.

  • Fluency in local languages preferred to facilitate effective communication and engagement with diverse teams.

Other:

  • Approximately 15% Travel within Southeast Asia.
