This role is part of Finance Operations with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to theInterface team. The IR Senior Team Lead is responsible for supporting Kenvue’s Interface processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.

This role will be directly reporting to a NAM Accounting Manager and will be based in Paranaque, Philippines

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support all activities including review and approval related to Interface Reconciliations including assisting the IR team members in resolving interface issues.

  • Supervise the communication to and from the Reconciliation team and the relationship with other teams. Lead and coach all team members assigned.

  • Support in the review of system tie-outs, error reports and reconciliation issues encountered by the team.

  • Ensure that interfaces between systems are accurate and complete. Focus is on source to target reconciliations and resolving with stakeholders IT and Master data issues and ensuring that unresolved issues at quarter end are appropriately accounted for.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.

  • Timely review and approval of Interface Reconciliations submitted by analyst.

  • Ensure that variances identified by analysts from reconciliation are resolved within relevant timeframes.

  • Support ongoing improvements and automation projects within the accounting team.

  • Support in raising escalations for unresolved issues or outstanding variances identified.

  • Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies.

  • Other tasks that may be delegated by the immediate Manager or Director

Compliance:

  • Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership.

  • Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications :

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.

  • At least 6 years of experience in Interface Reconciliation, Financial Reporting or Procurement and General Accounting department

  • At least 2 years of Management / Supervisory experience is required

  • Experience in SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft Tools

  • Fluent English, other language skills desirable

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels

  • Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies

  • Be organized and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

  • Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge preferrable
