Allegheny Valley Association of Churches, Inc. Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania
This is a full time position, 40 hours weekly, mostly between 9-5 Monday-Friday, with some flexibility necessary. This position is responsible for the case management of the participants of the AVAC Hospitality Homes Program pertaining to client services including providing direct services to clients as well as referrals to other social service agencies. Services are provided in-home with most units located in the upper Allegheny Valley area. Applicants must have a valid PA driver's license and reliable vehicle. Must have or be able to obtain Act 33 and 34 clearances. A bachelor's degree in social services or equivalency in experience is required. Preference is given to those with experience working within HUD housing programs. Must be able to work well with people with various disabilities. Computer skills necessary, including Microsoft products and the ability to learn the homeless database system.
