Naval Supply Systems Command LEAD FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in Naval Support Activity, Pennsylvania

Summary You will serve as a Lead Financial Management Analyst for NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will utilize the ERP financial system to extract, analyze, and interpret financial reports and data. You will formulate and execute complex financial budgets of a considerable size. You will develop and present oral and written communications and briefs. You will coach and facilitate in coordinating team initiatives and consensus among team members. You will perform a variety of other fiscal, accounting, or financial management duties and responsibilities. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing work of a fiscal, financial management, accounting, or budgetary nature. I have experience in material pricing and financial analytics (creating and developing financial reports). I have experience utilizing various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP). I have the ability to communicate well both orally and in writing. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as: 1. Analyzing and interpreting financial reports and data. 2. Extracting complex data from ERP financial system. 3. Formulating and executing complex and sizable financial budgets. 4. Analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management. 5. Researching and applying qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify, assess, and analyze and improve team effectiveness and efficiency.
